A digital brand experience for outdoor enthusiasts
For the European launch of Marmot's new Mad River sleeping bag line, we created a complete B2B campaign and digital launch experience. From concept to development, we developed a platform that emphasized not only the technical quality of the products but, above all, the sense of adventure and freedom that defines Marmot. We also created diverse campaign materials and a direct-to-consumer marketing campaign. With our creative digital design, 3D animation, and web development expertise, we successfully brought a brand experience to life that inspired outdoor retailers and partners to purchase the Mad River sleeping bags in bulk.

The Experience is Central

The website's design revolves around a seamless, sensory user experience. A custom-made 3D animation allows visitors to discover the Mad River sleeping bag from every angle — as if they were holding the product themselves. Combined with atmospheric photography and an intuitive interface, this creates a digital environment where Marmot's quality and innovation become tangible.

We translated Marmot's robust, recognizable style into a digital environment that exudes the same energy and reliability as the brand itself. Every detail, from typography and color to photography and micro-interactions, was designed to preserve Marmot's authenticity and outdoor spirit. This ensures a consistent and powerful brand experience, from the trade show floor to the website.

Technology

For optimal speed, flexibility, and performance, we developed the website using Nuxt as the front-end framework. By integrating this with Storyblok, a powerful headless CMS, the Marmot team can easily build new pages and content elements themselves, completely within the design system's boundaries. This ensures the site remains not only lightning fast but also future-proof and scalable.
