Your role as a Creative Full Stack Engineer
At Craftmore, you won't be siloed. You are the architect and builder of premium digital products. You’ll lead the development of innovative, headless platforms, orchestrating everything from pixel-perfect, high-motion front-ends to intelligent, scalable back-ends.
This is not a "corporate" role. You won't be stuck maintaining a single internal tool for years. You will be working at a high pace, delivering Porsche-level polish and Apple-level finesse across a diverse range of projects.
You'll use your expertise to:
Deliver "Couture" Front-Ends: Implement digital experiences where motion, transitions, and micro-animations are the core of the product, not an afterthought.
Architect Premium Solutions: Design and build complex, scalable full-stack applications using modern MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) principles.
Leverage Modern Workflows: Use AI and intelligent tools to handle the heavy lifting of boilerplate and testing, freeing you up to focus on the high-end creative execution.
Iterate with Agility: Use platforms like Vercel, Cloudflare and Netlify to deploy edge-first solutions, prototyping rapidly and shipping with absolute confidence.
What you bring
We are looking for a creative technologist who recognizes themselves in this profile:
Agency DNA: You have a deep background in agency life. You understand the need for speed, the variety of projects, and the high-stakes environment of client delivery. You thrive under high standards and tight deadlines.
Front-End Artistry: You have an obsessive eye for detail. You believe that 60fps animations and seamless transitions are non-negotiable. You aim for the level of craft seen in world-class digital products (think Apple, Porsche, or Awwwards SOTD).
5+ Years of Professional Impact: A track record that proves your high level of skill. You are an expert in the TypeScript/Modern JavaScript ecosystem.
The Hybrid Mindset: You are a proactive problem-solver who can own a project from vision to launch, balancing technical robustness with aesthetic excellence.
Code Craftsmanship: You take pride in clean, performant code that is as beautiful under the hood as the UI is on the surface.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a big bonus).
